Executive Director –Elevated / GrandManors

We are seeking an Executive Director with strong entrepreneurial drive, exceptional leadership and communication skills, keen business acumen, and excellent planning and organizational abilities. This role provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for an iconic community, fostering relationships with governing entities and ensuring the association operates effectively and fiscally sound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee performance evaluations for all managers and employees, ensuring timely, quarterly reviews.
  • Oversee the full operation of the association in compliance with board direction, federal and state laws, governance documents, and statutory regulations.
  • Partner with the board to define and execute the association’s vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among governing entities, community leadership, and stakeholders to cultivate a cohesive and effective environment.
  • Provide strategic guidance on financial and operational decision-making.
  • Set and monitor the strategic direction, progress, and growth of the association.
  • Support initiatives and general operations of the association.
  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility with the board and community.
  • Analyze budgets, reports, financial trends, and operational procedures to inform leadership decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
  • Serve as a bridge between RealManage/GrandManors shared services, back-office, on-site staff, and the board for operational excellence.
  • Represent the association in civic and professional community activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering professional growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage performance of on-site leaders.
  • Handle escalated requests and assist with challenging situations as needed.
  • Lead and facilitate annual meetings, budget reviews, board meetings, and other required gatherings.
  • Identify obstacles, recommend solutions, and improve service delivery.
  • Actively solicit feedback from employees and the board to enhance community experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
