Job Description

Condominium association in Mount Vernon, WA seeks a 20 hour per week maintenance technician to do the daily maintenance for the community. Duties include cleaning (inside and outside), light maintenance such as painting and other repair work, communicating with residents on a daily basis and light administrative responsibilities.

• Vacation accrual begins after 90 days at 6.67 hrs per month with a cap at 160 hours, depending on years of service for full-time employees.

Compensation: $16-18/hour; direct experience highly considered.

Requirements

Candidates should have time management skills and the ability to work independently. Any type of maintenance certifications would be considered a plus. Candidates must have high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be able to read, write and communicate the English language and be able to pass a background check and drug test. Salary is dependent upon experience.
