A successful candidate for this role will have the ability to:

• Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
• Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
• Responsible for processing all ARC/ACC submissions.
• Ideal candidates will have an interest in studying the association's governing documents,
• Apply the standards in the documents in real life situations
• and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
• Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, strong communicators and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.
