Onsite Compliance Inspector - part time (SLTX2023-5709)

• Part time Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.
• Job duties will include driving properties throughout area, documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.
• Additional administrative tasks to be completed also.
• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Compensation is $16 to $18 hour (based on experience and education) plus mileage reimbursement.
