Responsibilities
A successful candidate for this role will have the ability to:
- Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
- Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
- Ideal candidates will have an interest in studying the association's governing documents,
- Apply the standards in the documents in real life situations
- and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
- Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, strong communicators and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.
Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
- Ability to use technology
- Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
- Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
Pay and Benefits:
$20 to $25, depending on education and experience.
