Compliance Coordinator - Seeking to replace a Full Time employee at Solivita Community which is made up of 5,000 plus homes.

• Primary responsible for providing assistance to the Community Standards Manager and Community Manager which includes daily customer service to homeowners and HOA board members.
• Performing a wide spectrum of duties that are essential to successfully enforcing community Covenants, Compliance & Regulations (CC&R’s).
• Data entry of homeowner violations and architectural submittal.
• Research issues of non-compliance
• Prepare documentation for Committee/Board review.
• Plus other work related tasks as needed
• Must detail oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation to work on location at association
• High school diploma
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Team player willing to assist where needed

Pay and Benefits

$16 to $17, depending on education and experience.
