Position Summary
The Compliance Assistant / Administrative Assistant supports the Property Owners Association (POA) by ensuring community standards are upheld, assisting with inspections, and providing administrative support to the management office. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while interacting professionally with residents, vendors, and staff. Weekend availability is required to meet community and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with POA governing documents, design standards, and policies.
- Document and report violations, prepare notices, and follow up on compliance matters.
- Assist residents with compliance inquiries and provide education on community standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, correspondence logs, and compliance databases.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with amenity access, and gate concerns.
- Support management staff with community events, meetings, and amenity center operations.
- Work weekends as scheduled to perform inspections, support resident services, and assist with office coverage.
