Responsibilities
Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as ACC coordinator and attend twice monthly committee meetings.
- Trailer Storage coordinator
- Vendor set up / management.
- Generate monthly management reports.
- Approve hourly employee time and vacation requests.
- Send mass communications.
- Order office supplies.
- Work closely with all Committee Chairs.
- Review invoices.
- Solicit bids for repairs and contracts.
- Working with the local title company and AR on conveyance-related issues.
- Marina Projects, vendor communication, purchases
- Issue and update vehicle access transponders and data entry in Gate House for new owners, renters, and current owners with new vehicles.
- Attribute emails and answer emails within 24 hours.
- Take minutes at board meetings and send the draft to the General Manager for review.
- Special projects when assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) proficiently.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
Pay and Benefits:
$50,000 to $55,000, depending on education and experience.
