Job Description

A Onsite Community Manager isthe liaison among thehomeowners, residents,board members and committee members, internal staff, and maintenance vendors and contractors.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Implement of Board policy and directives within thescope of the management agreement. Works with the board on strategic initiatives, policygovernance and association projects. 
Supervise all administration staff at the community. Hire and train staff. 
Prepare the schedules and establishes priorities for routine and special work projects. 
Creates the annual budget. Prepares board packets and facilities board meetings. 
Inspects community to ensure compliance. Notifies homomers of any HOA violations. 
Notifies board with any legal matters, delinquencies, and compliance issues. 
Assists homeowners with ARB forms and communicates the board's decision. 
Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Associates Degree Required;Bachelors Degree Preferred. 
CMCA, AMS or PCAM highly desired. 
3+ years of community association management experience. 
Knowledge of the Association Board of Directors, the General Manager, and how those rolesinterface with the requests of homeowners. 
Excellent communication skills, service driven, solutions oriented and team player. 
Self motivated, proactive, detailed oriented, and effective in managing projects and time management. 
Knowledge of conflict resolutions techniques.
