Job Overview: As the Onsite Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a vibrant, cohesive, and harmonious community environment. Your exceptional leadership skills and property management expertise will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, the enhancement of resident satisfaction, and the preservation of our community’s beauty and prestige.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management and administration of the private gated community, ensuring all operations are executed efficiently and in accordance with community guidelines and policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, including maintenance, security, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner to foster strong relationships within the community.
  • Collaborate with the HOA Board and attend regular meetings to provide updates on community activities, budgets, and progress on planned projects.
  • Develop and execute community engagement programs and events that promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
  • Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of community facilities, landscaping, and common areas, maintaining the community’s aesthetic appeal and property values.
  • Implement and enforce community rules and regulations, working with residents to ensure compliance and resolve disputes when necessary.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for property maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on community performance, budget, and resident feedback for senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license is required.
  • Previous experience as a Community Manger, Property Manager, General Manager, or related leadership role within a private gated community or luxury residential environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in property management, including maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and the HOA Board.
  • Proven leadership experience, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to property management and homeowners’ associations.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking capabilities, with acute attention to detail.
