Job Description

Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, is hiring an experienced GREC licensed Onsite Community Association Manager to manage a 24-story luxury high-rise in Sandy Springs, GA. The Community Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community association and the ancillary staff serving the community. The Community Association Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff within the branch office.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise the financial administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's governing documents.
  • Primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
  • Perform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement and governing documents.
  • Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
  • Monitor client delinquency and collections process.
  • Attend Board meetings in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Assist Board of Directors with architectural review process and/or routine inspections in accordance with management agreement.
  • Ensure maintenance of all files, records, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices.
  • Maintain board and resident information within the CINC Systemsdatabase.
  • Knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community association.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with homeowners, vendors, realtors, tenants, and board members.
  • Remain current with best industry practices, as well as all current applicable laws.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • REQUIRED: Valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission
  • Membership with CAI is desired.
  • 5+ years of community association management (HOA) experience desired – onsite experience preferred.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • People management desired.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Understanding the role of the association board, and the Community Association Management.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Effective organizational skills.
