Position Overview

As an Onsite Community Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and play a key role in maintaining smooth community operations. Working alongside the Community Manager, you'll handle various administrative duties while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front desk reception and respond to resident inquiries
  • Process and track maintenance work orders
  • Maintain resident and community records in our system
  • Handle community mailings and communications
  • Manage community access (keys, fobs, parking passes)
  • Prepare materials for community meetings
  • Assist with vendor coordination
  • Support general administrative needs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed

Work Environment
