The Communications Manager is responsible for communication of owner benefits, responsibilities, and experiences; public perception of the community; and publications for numerous communications channels.

Communications Manager Requirements:
$65,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.

The Communications Manager is responsible for communication of owner benefits, responsibilities, and experiences; public perception of the community; and publications for numerous communications channels.
Additional Duties:
- Provide communications support to the Board of Directors and appropriate committees.
- Guide preparation of the slide deck and technical production for the Annual Meeting.
- Assist the Lifestyle Director with event announcements and reservations as needed.
- Secure, maintain, and store community photographs, videos, and other images, along with permission to publish
- Send out the Board and Committee Meeting invites with the Microsoft Teams Credentials.
Qualifications
Communications Manager Requirements:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is beneficial
- 5+ years communications, public relations, marketing experience.
- Awareness of and proficiency with communications technologies including but not limited to graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Word Press; Constant Contact; Google Analytics; social media, in particular, Facebook public facing with posts closed to comments; and multi-media marketing tools.
- Experience in community engagement and working with volunteers.
- Expertise indesign, development, implementation of complex, nuanced, multi-platform communications campaigns.
- Excellent writing skills, able to compose compelling content quickly and accurately.
- Vision for next-generations communications while delivering superb communications daily.
- Clear and concise communication with team members and senior management.
- Strong and confident leadership.
$65,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.
