Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Provide onsite management of Condo Building (60 units), including facility operations and maintenance, coordinate onsite services between residents, property management company, association board of directors and vendors.
- Provide building access to vendors.
- Monitor work of cleaning services and provide light cleaning as needed.
- Track and oversee regular and annual maintenance tasks, including annual safety testing.
- Monitor and maintain building security systems, provide access fobs and garage door openers to residents.
- Complete onsite building maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, snow shoveling, changing air filters, cleaning dumpster weekly, watering plants, and other duties as assigned.
- Provide onsite support to residents including scheduling the guest suite and community room, overseeing resident moves, information and enforcement of association Rules and Regulations, etc.
Position Details:
20 hours a week on M-F in the mornings
Requirements
- The person needs to be extremely personable, organized, be able to lift 30-40lbs, ideally be able to do the boiler reading
- They would NOT do any housecleaning, but of course if there was a non-hazmat spill or trash outside the building, they would be expected to pick up. They also talked about changing lightbulbs, but then we discussed condo-care as an additional layer of support
- Need computer skills to be able to enter FOB information and enter reservations for guest suite and community room
- Person needs to be flexible. We are going to need to train and educate both the employee and the board (this might be a little challenging)
