This position is in Denver, CO and not remote

Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under direction of the Maintenance Director.

Duties include

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance.
• Ensure completion of work orders using work order system.
• General maintenance and trash valet
• Periodic inspections of common area buildings and structures.
• Advising supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues.
• Understanding of minor Carpentry, Doors, Drywall, Cleaning, Locks, Plumbing and Painting
• Inspect pool room, work out room, laundry room
• General grounds work - spray for weeds etc.
• Leak inspection and drywall repair
• Plus other work related tasks
• 2+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
• Experience and skills with simple electric maintenance is a plus, but not necessary.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Pay and Benefits

$22.00 to $25.00, depending on education and experience.
