JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
$55,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements (including supplemental schedules).
- Bank account reconciliation of community association accounts on a monthly basis.
- Invoice processing and payment disbursement to vendors.
- Fielding questions related to community association financial matters.
- Assisting in the investment of community association surplus funds.
- Preparation of estoppel certificates for community association property sales.
- Following up on delinquent accounts with statements, reminder notices, late letters, etc.
- Working with Association Attorneys on delinquent accounts that require legal action.
- Processing of all homeowner payments.
- Responding to homeowner inquiries.
- Miscellaneous:
- Read and comply with the Real Manage and Keystone Property Management Group’s Employee Handbooks
- All other tasks as assigned by manager(s)
- Associates degree or three years advanced accounting equivalent with experience - required
- Understands GAAP
- Fast paced environment
- Full cycle accounting
- Bank reconciliations
- Experience with Quickbooks and excel
- A/R & A/P experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
$55,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
