Responsibilities
The Athletic Club of Cordillera is located at the summit of Cordillera. This is a 16,000 square foot facility boasting expanded cardo, weight rooms, new yoga studio, new outdoor spa, fully renovated salt water indoor swimming pool and views from an elevation of 8550 feet. This one-of-a-kind private Athletic Center only available to homeowners of the Cordillera community.

We are looking for a dedicated customer service-oriented Athletic Center Attendant to join our team! If you enjoy working in an elevated social environment, with a focus on exquisite service in a fitness atmosphere, we would love to meet you!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for homeowners upon Athletic Club entry
- Ensure all homeowners and guests sign in upon entry to the AC
- Is up-to-date and has knowledge of all fitness classes, their descriptions and can assist homeowners with questions
- Has general knowledge of and can assist homeowners with signing up for fitness classes
- Keeps abreast of community calendar and events to answer questions and assist homeowners
- Daily use of software programs
- AC coordination
- Daily operating procedures, paying close attention to the details of the AC in regard to cleanliness/organization/walkthrough/attending the pool
- Problem solves/resolves homeowner issues within authoritative level--directs bigger issues to upper management
- Takes initiative and prefers a team-oriented work environment
- Knows and helps AC Manager to manage AC rules and regulations, including guest policy
- Others tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
4 - 10 hour days May include weekends too
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma
- Prior customer service experience
- A 5-star attitude and warm, friendly personality; outgoing without being overbearing, possessing a pleasant and caring manner with everyone
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English; to follow oral and written instructions and to memorize necessary information
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work rapidly and quietly during rush periods
- A team player able to work well with others
- Organized and proactive with great attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Microsoft Office experience
- Detail-oriented, willing to clean/tidy constantly, initiative-taking approach to job
- Prefers working in an intimate, team-oriented environment
Pay and Benefits:
$21.00 to $22.00, depending on education and experience.
