Property Summary:
VillageWalk blends resort-style homes with a unique neighborhood design, creating a new concept for living in Central Florida. A Town Center is connected by bridges and canals leading to lighted walking trails, pools, parks and sports courts. Indoor amenities include a fitness center with 24-hour access, a library, card room and exclusive access to the ballroom that can host parties for up to 160 people. Outdoor amenities include a heated lap pool, heated resort pool, six clay tennis courts, playground, basketball court and miles of beautifully landscaped paths and trails for running, walking or biking.
Responsibilities
F ull Time ACC/Compliance Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.
Job duties will include:
- Driving the property throughout area, documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.
- Using technology to issue violation letters in a timely manner.
- Compiling reports of Violations for the General Manager
- Working as a Liaison between the Homeowners and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for submission of Architectural applications.
- Preparing for and attending evening ACC and Compliance meetings.
- Attending evening board meetings when needed.
- Plus other work related tasks.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
- Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
- Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
Pay and Benefits:
$24.00 to $25.00, depending on education and experience.
