Property Summary:
Sunterra Homeowners association is a 2,303-acre master‑planned community featuring home designs for rent and purchase and access to multiple amenities. With a build-out of over 7K SF Homes. Sunterra is located north of I-10 and W of the Grand Parkway. Amenities will ultimately include two amenity complexes: The Sol Club with crystal clear lagoon and The Retreat, offering a lazy river.
Architectural and Compliance Administrator
The Architectural and Compliance Administrator will serve as the point of contact assisting with homeowners’ everyday inquiries and needs, primarily specific to violation and architectural application questions and issuing/processing of both architectural applications and violations. This person will ultimately serve as Architectural Review Committee liaison, assist with compliance issues, attend scheduled Committee meetings (no committee at this time) and perform various administrative duties to support the association and community management team(s) as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintenance of accurate and complete records to implement the deed restriction enforcement and architectural review programs properly and effectively. This includes homeowner computer files, violation reports and correspondence, hearing correspondence, plan submittals (pending, approved, and denied), homeowner correspondence, reviewing plat maps noting the status of each lot, etc.
- Direct liaison for architectural and violation needs of the community.
- Driving and inspecting properties throughout the assigned territory.
- Documenting deed restriction violations.
- Maintain awareness of Architectural/Design Review Guidelines and other Governing Documents related to ACC/DRC activities and prepare responses to applications for residents.
- Interacts and follows up with all Board and/or Committee members and homeowners regarding architectural and/or enforcement issues of the association when necessary.
- Submit all chargebacks for association(s) via chargeback systems, including but not limited to violation fines and architectural submission fees per the clients' management contracts.
- Perform site reviews and related correspondence and follow-up as assigned.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to perform site reviews, pick up supplies, etc.
- Coordinate Design Review/Architectural Committee or Landscape Modification Application process, collect application forms and supporting documents, enter data in Connect, and prepare material for DRC consideration.
- Prepares for and attends all Architectural/Design Review Committee meetings and Covenant/ERC Committee meetings as designated by association requirements.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly reports and agenda packets.
- Greet walk-in clients as appropriate.
- Other projects, opportunities, or assignments as may be deemed needed and appropriate for this position to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Pay and Benefits:
$22.00 to $26.00, depending on education and experience.
