The Part-Time Onsite Assistant Community Association Manager position will be 12 hours per week (5pm - 9pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and oversee the following

 

Job Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Meeting & greeting of residents and guests to Clubhouse, directing visitors, handling phone calls in a professional manner, provides clubhouse tours to prospective residents.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies & beverages, cutlery & dinnerware for resident events. Advise Facilities Manager of supply needs.
  • Run audio/visual equipment, facilitating events as needed.
  • Physically able to set up & breakdown of meeting rooms and ballroom (upon request by Facilities Manager).
  • Receive funds for special events and distribute receipts. Keep track of event participation in Excel and Google sheets. Will work closely with resident volunteer to ensure accuracy of funds received and applied to events and groups.
  • Distribute access passes to residents.
  • Distribute necessary paperwork to new residents.
  • Opening and closing of building.
  • Maintain standard of presentation in the Clubhouse, i.e. washing linens & dishes, removing trash, rearranging rooms.
  • Provide general administrative assistance when necessary.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
