The Administrative Assistant assists in the management of daily operations of a community association delivering professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, and in alignment with the company’s guiding principles.

 

The Administrative Assistant is to assist the Community Association Manager by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Greeting homeowners, vendors, board members and/or delivery persons by handling the issue/concern directly or forwarding such person to the appropriate party to address.
  • Answers telephones, takes and relays messages and helps residents with questions and concerns.
  • Maintains homeowner roster, database, mail instructions and homeowner files.
  • Processes all Architectural Review Applications from acceptance of homeowner application to final inspection.
  • Creates all resident ID badges and issues resident key fobs for amenity access.
  • Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
  • Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

 

Pay and Benefits

 

$20.00 to $25.00, depending on education and experience.
