The Onsite Administrative Assistant assists in the daily operations of the community association delivering professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, and in alignment with the company’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an individual for On-Site Homeowner’s Association office located in Lithia, FL. The Administrative Assistant reports to a Senior Community Association Manager.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • The HOA Administrative Assistant must be able to provide outstanding customer service and be able to interact effectively with owners. The HOA Administrative Assistant must have a willingness to learn and grow. Respond to questions and requests from residents
  • Assists with coordination of all community-related meetings, including preparation of all related and/or required meeting notices.
  • Provides assistance to the HOA group with document preparation, mailings, typing, formatting, organizing, filing, etc.
  • Assist with projects
  • Coordinate and work with third party vendors dispatched to the property
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of directly related clerical or administrative support experience preferred; HOA, property management related experience is a plus
  • Must be able to use MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents and staff members

Pay and Benefits: $16.00 hour
