Responsibilities
We are seeking an individual for On-Site Homeowner’s Association office located in Alva, FL. The Administrative Assistant reports to a Onsite Community Association Manager.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- The HOA Administrative Assistant must be able to provide outstanding customer service and be able to interact effectively with owners. The HOA Administrative Assistant must have a willingness to learn and grow. Respond to questions and requests from residents
- Processing ARC's, Compliance
- Daily Inspections
- Assists with coordination of all community-related meetings, including preparation of all related and/or required meeting notices.
- Provides assistance to the HOA group with document preparation, mailings, typing, formatting, organizing, filing, etc.
- Assist with projects
- Coordinate and work with third party vendors dispatched to the property
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of directly related clerical or administrative support experience preferred; HOA, property management related experience is a plus
- Must be able to use MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents and staff members
Pay and Benefits: $18.00 to $22.00 hour
