Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to join our team at a residential community. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, responding to residents' inquiries, and handling various office duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting residents with their inquiries and requests
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Handling the distribution of mail and packages
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the management team
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Providing support for events and activities organized by the residential community
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities and communications

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience working in a residential community is a plus
