What you’ll do:

  • Own and lead relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
  • Help customers define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value, and ensure they are supported throughout the process
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Customer Care, and other cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey
  • Stay on top of customer pain points and identify and implement solutions to maintain the relationship, ultimately increasing customer retention
  • Serve as a product expert for internal and external partners
  • Provide product training to increase customer product knowledge, service utilization, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilize SalesForce to manage all customer interactions and inquiries with high attention to detail
  • Provide valuable feedback to the team based on client interactions
  • Manage multiple priorities, assigned tasks, and projects
  • Collaborate on special projects and participate in leadership discussions

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • Experience in Sales, retention, or membership renewals is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $21.00-$26.50

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
