On-Site Community Association Manager - HOAMCO (Sedona, AZ)

 

HOAMCO is an HOA Management Company handling all aspects of managing Homeowner Associations for the past 32 years as an industry leader. We have grown with offices in seven states with an emphasis on excellent HOA service and utilizing advanced technology. We are known for our ability to accommodate individual visions for each community we professionally manage.

 

HOAMCO is looking for an On-Site Community Association Manager for HOAMCO in Sedona, AZ. We are seeking a talented, experienced, and dynamic individual for this position. We are offering benefits available after 60 days; Medical/Dental/Vision and PTO with 401K options.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience as a Community Manager of similar onsite resort style HOA community
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
  • Understands and can operate technology programs such as Zoom, Go to Meeting
  • HOA Management Credentials a plus
  • Supervisory skills

 

Job Duties

 

  • Efficient and professional oversight of daily operations
  • Staff development and supervision
  • Maintain a full working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Regulations pertaining to common interest communities and of the governing documents of the Association
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Association Board of Directors, Committees and staff
  • Implements Board(s) policy and directives within the scope of the management contract
  • Facilitate long-term planning of the Association and refine, as required
  • Attend Board of Director and committee meetings as needed
