On-Site Assistant Manager
Location: 77584
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing a diverse range of facilities and ensuring seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Association's Board of Directors and homeowners, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain and update the HOA binder, ensuring the Board is informed of relevant opportunities.
- Greet homeowners, assist with various needs, and address account questions at the reception desk.
- Conduct daily property inspections, follow up on work orders, and coordinate vendor access with security.
- Manage event space reservations, support setup and breakdown, and oversee events to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide assistance with front desk operations, clubhouse reservations, and general property needs as directed by the General Manager.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- At least one year of property management experience (residential or hotel) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong Excel skills.
- Strong professional communication skills (phone, written, and verbal).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
