On-Site Assistant General Manager

Location: 77006

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Employment Status: Full-Time

Position Overview

Rise AMG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented On-Site Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations for a premier condominium community. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Association Board, residents, and vendors, ensuring the seamless management of facilities, maintenance, and client communications. You will play a key role in fostering community satisfaction and delivering professional, client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Association's Board of Directors and homeowners, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the HOA binder, ensuring the Board is informed of relevant opportunities.
  • Greet homeowners, assist with various needs, and address account questions at the reception desk.
  • Conduct daily property inspections, follow up on work orders, and coordinate vendor access with security.
  • Manage event space reservations, support setup and breakdown, and oversee events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide assistance with front desk operations, clubhouse reservations, and general property needs as directed by the General Manager.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least one year of experience in association management or a related field.
    • Proven track record in customer service roles, demonstrating strong client-relations and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., CINC webaxis or Nabr Network).
    • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and courteous demeanor, fostering positive interactions and excellent customer experiences.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and walking.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Must attend a monthly Board Meeting, typically on the 4th Thursday of each month, which ends around 8:30 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
