Action is seeking a Part-Time On-Call Access Control Officer to join our team at our Canyon Hills Cottonwood property in Lake Elsinore, CA .
Compensation: $18 to $19 per hour.
Schedule: Varies
Under the direction of the Access Control Manager, The Access Control Officer (ACO) is responsible for providing a constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as responding as necessary to the resident and guest's needs. The ACO will patrol and inspect the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, enforce community policies, and ensure the property is well maintained. The ACO must always display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing residents and guests.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
- At least 1 year of previous Security guard, access control or patrol officer experience highly desired.
- 6 months of customer service experience. Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.
- This position is on-call, Officers must be available to work both swing and graveyard shifts Monday – Sunday and day shift on Saturday and Sunday.
- Access Control Officer is expected to promote an enjoyable, compliant, and safe environment through inspecting, monitoring, and reporting on common areas.
- The Access Control Officer is expected to display integrity, care, courtesy, excellence, and professionalism always with team members and clients.
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions oriented.
- High attention to detail
- Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
- Team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
