Compensation: $21.00 Per Hour

Schedule: On-Call; Various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Access Control Manager, The Access Control Officer (ACO) is responsible for providing a constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as responding as necessary to the resident and guest's needs. The ACO will patrol and inspect the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, enforce community policies, and ensure the property is well maintained. The ACO must always display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing residents and guests.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous Security guard, access control or patrol officer experience highly desired.
• 6 months of customer service experience. Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.
• This position is on-call, Officers must be available to work both swing and graveyard shifts Monday – Sunday and day shift on Saturday and Sunday.
• Access Control Officer is expected to promote an enjoyable, compliant, and safe environment through inspecting, monitoring, and reporting on common areas.
• The Access Control Officer is expected to display integrity, care, courtesy, excellence, and professionalism always with team members and clients.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions oriented.
• High attention to detail
• Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
• Team player
