Job Description

Sentry Management, Inc. a leader in the Community Association Management Industry has an immediate opening for a outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic condominium team as a "full-time Concierge" at our luxury condominium community in the heart of downtown College Park. This individual would work closely with the Community Association Manager and residents.

Duties vary from providing support to management, general office work, responding to residents’ needs and communicating with management, maintaining daily logs, overseeing part time employees, receiving and delivering packages, taking inventory and ordering supplies and being generally helpful to all people who enter the lobby.

  • Written Communication - Effectively expresses ideas through a variety of written communications (e-mails, reports, memos, etc.), demonstrating strong writing skills

Additional Requirements

  • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
