The Part Time HOA Community Manager is responsible for assisting with community activities and administrative tasks, providing customer service support, and works closely with the Community Portfolio Manager, Board of Directors, and Association committees.
Work schedule: (3) 8-hour weekdays (flexible)
Daily responsibilities:
- Work (3) days a week from the Corporate CMC office located in Chantilly, VA.
- Conduct onsite inspections on an as needed basis, location is Sterling, VA.
- Respond to phone calls and emails.
- Maintain records, files, and data entry.
- Establish and use systems to enable tracking or work in progress and plan for future activities.
- Manage all communications to include mass emails, correspondences, memorandums, reports, and other business materials as directed by the Portfolio Manager.
- Provide a weekly management report to the Board.
- Assist in assembling board packets. Send mass email reminders to the homeowners reminding them of the monthly board meetings.
- Attend Board of Directors and Committee meetings as needed.
- Submit work orders, update work orders, close out work order.
- Create and send HOA violation letters to homeowners as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of office assistant experience, preferably at a community association
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Proactive, attention to detail, takes ownership and initiative.
- Customer service driven and team oriented.
- Ability to priority tasks, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
