Job Description
Sentry Management is seeking a New Account Specialist to join our busy Corporate Office located in Longwood, FL
Responsibilities
- Have strong research skills
- Research County Records in Multiple states
- Verify ownership in Assessor websites
- Data entry on multiple platforms
- Adhere to internal controls
- Collaborate and communicate with Community and Division Managers
- Collaborate and communicate with team members and other Departments within Company
- Prepare change of address request for the IRS and Assessor’s office
- Review Association budgets
- Review Association Plats
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent written and oral skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft office software including word, excel and outlook
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
- Basic Business math skills needed
- Must be a self-starter, organized and have the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
- High energy and positive attitude with the ability to collaborate well with team members and clients
- Adaptable to change
Working Conditions
- Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Stand at copier/scanner periodically throughout the day
