Job Description

The National EV Program Manager is responsible for the implementation and support of the Program’s business development, vendor relationships, and branch related activities. Provides branch and vendor support. Verbal and written communication skills are paramount as this position will be driving the daily activities of the program with multiple vendors nationwide.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with Branch Leadership and staff
    • Schedule and coordinate Lunch and Learns between Branches and EV Vendors
    • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of site visits between CAMs and Vendors
  • Prepare and maintain various spreadsheets, databases, and trackers
  • Ensure we have the contract for each Vendor/property
  • Process and distribute informational emails to the CAMS and Boards
    • Establish a cadence with Branches for email correspondence to the Board Members about EV Charging
  • Partner with Marketing to develop a one-page flier catered to our business partners
    • Sales
    • Rhome
  • Maintain a Vendor Progress Report outlining the status of each property
  • Ability to travel to Branch Offices and assist Vendor with Lunch and Learns and Branch education
    • Travel: approximately 15%
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Solid understanding of the Associa ecosystem and Community Management industry
  • Proficient with software applications programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business objectives
  • Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, vendors, and other business contacts; ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of business correspondence including rules of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling
  • May be expected to work extended hours or overtime
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Thorough knowledge of Company policies, procedures, and forms
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of records and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
  • Requires the ability to prioritize and handle multiple actions simultaneously with frequent interruptions and critical time constraints
  • Demonstrate consistently positive customer service skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Some college preferred
  • Community Management industry experience preferred
  • Prior role working with multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
