Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The National Director of Lifestyle Services will report to the Vice President of Sales. The National Director of Lifestyle Services will work with lifestyle managers, branch presidents, regional sales directors, business development managers, marketing directors throughout North America. The National Director of Lifestyle Services is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual will be responsible for building and leading our company's lifestyle program, creating engaging collateral, and fostering a positive energy within the organization and with our clients. Your primary goal will be growing this business unit and to enhance the overall experience and well-being of our community members, promoting an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, Lead, and Grow Lifestyle Program: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive lifestyle program that aligns with the interests and needs of our community members. This includes attending sales presentations, organizing events, activities, and initiatives that promote social interaction, physical fitness, mental wellness, and personal growth.
- Create Engaging Collateral: Develop visually appealing and informative collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, to effectively communicate the lifestyle program's benefits, upcoming events, and key features. Ensure the branding is consistent and resonates with the target audience.
- Foster Energy and Engagement: Cultivate a positive and energized atmosphere within the organization and with our clients, promoting enthusiasm and participation in the lifestyle program. Develop strategies to increase engagement and encourage active involvement in activities and events.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and community management, to align the lifestyle program with overall company objectives and community needs. Collaborate with external partners, such as fitness instructors, wellness experts, and event planners, to expand program offerings.
- Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and success of the lifestyle program. Regularly analyze feedback from community members and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions for program enhancements and improvements.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices related to community lifestyle and wellness programs. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and introduce new concepts that align with the evolving needs and preferences of our community members.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proven experience in building and leading lifestyle programs, preferably in a community, hospitality, or residential setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Strong creative abilities to design visually appealing collateral and promotional materials. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of wellness, fitness, and recreational activities, with a passion for promoting an active and balanced lifestyle. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms for content creation and distribution. Experience in data analysis and program evaluation to drive continuous improvement. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or a minimum of three years’ experience in industry related field (e.g., Hospitality, Recreation, Marketing, or Communications).
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive inquiries or complaints. High level written and verbal communication skills including the ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Knowledge of group dynamics is a plus.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

- Ability to effectively measure ROI on marketing and sales efforts
- Knowledge and proficient utilization of MS office 2000, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and utilization of CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Must have clean driving record and clear background and drug screening.
