Job Description

The position is design to lead and support training, implementation and evaluation of operational elements of our business. These duties will be a variety of assignments to include, but not limited to:

• Distress business evaluations and collaborative planning with relevant stakeholders.
• Training business leaders on maximizing resources and/or succeeding in change moments.
• C3/TownSq technical stack, systems implementation and training.
• Branch implementations of centralized customer care platform
• Participate in data collection and make recommendations for improvement projects that require specific funding.
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely.
• Ability to travel up to once per month.
• At least 5-years direct HOA experience.
