Job Description
The position is design to lead and support training, implementation and evaluation of operational elements of our business. These duties will be a variety of assignments to include, but not limited to:
- Distress business evaluations and collaborative planning with relevant stakeholders.
- Training business leaders on maximizing resources and/or succeeding in change moments.
- C3/TownSq technical stack, systems implementation and training.
- Branch implementations of centralized customer care platform
- Participate in data collection and make recommendations for improvement projects that require specific funding.
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely.
- Ability to travel up to once per month.
- At least 5-years direct HOA experience.
