How will you make an impact?
TheMulti-Family Property Manager helps the company grow by:
- Market and advertise properties through social media and other platforms
- Assist prospective tenants with inquiries about properties, applications, and leases
- Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements for approval
- Manage applicant and tenant electronic files
- Provide top-notch customer service to tenants, ensuring a positive rental experience
- Assist with maintenance requests and follow up as needed
- Oversee lease violations, renewals, and move-out processes
- Conduct market surveys to stay competitive in the industry
- Support rent collection efforts and balance reminders
- Complete move in inspections
- Support the property manager with specific tasks
- Perform other assigned duties to support the property management team

Requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suit
