Our mobile product Max is a comprehensive lead conversion powerhouse specifically designed for real estate agents and teams. POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance and testing on enterprise level applications. You will be the sole Quality Assurance Engineer on a Scrum Team, working closely with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and four Software Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Max product. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Quickly understand and become an expert in our complex and highly-configurable product for real estate professionals
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Software Engineers to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies
• Lead the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality product releases
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and retrospectives
• Provide clear and concise documentation and reporting on testing activities and results
• Other duties as requested by management
  
  
  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance working on a large-scale, enterprise level mobile application
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium
• Ability to understand complex software products and identify test requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the real estate technology industry
• Experience working as the sole QA Engineer on a Scrum Team
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
