As a Marketing Specialist at City Property, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, driving direct marketing initiatives to enhance our presence in the HOA management field. If you're passionate about crafting compelling content, strategizing effective SEO/PPC campaigns, and engaging with both businesses and consumers, this role is perfect for you.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to target HOA management prospects and clients.
- Create engaging content across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Strategize and implement SEO/PPC marketing campaigns, continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Coordinate and execute direct mail campaigns to reach potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Manage social media platforms, crafting impactful posts and engaging with our audience to foster community and drive business objectives.
- Represent the company at networking events, building relationships within the industry to generate leads and partnerships.
- Implement both B2B and B2C marketing strategies tailored to our target audiences.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Conduct market research, update spreadsheets, databases with statistical information.
- Gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
- Prepare and deliver marketing gifts/material.

Skills
- Proven experience in direct marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO/PPC principles and experience with campaign management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively.

Education
