Overview

As a Marketing Intern with Vantaca, you will play an active role in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring it remains current and functional with a strong focus on SEO. This role will also give you the ability to get involved in video editing and production efforts to create compelling visual content. Assisting with daily social media tasks, including creating and scheduling engaging content. You will support design projects by contributing to graphics and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Website Maintenance & SEO: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website with a strong focus on SEO
  • Design Support: Contribute to Web Design and Development
  • Video Editing: Participate in video editing and production tasks to create compelling visual content.
  • Social Media Assistance: Create and schedule engaging content for daily social media activities.

Requirements:

  • Junior/Senior Majoring in Marketing (Digital Arts, Web Development, Web Design)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for design and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, Insightly, Pipedrive)
  • Experience with social media management, website updates, and video editing.
  • You've got phenomenal communication skills and are an innovative problem-solver at all levels of management.
  • You're highly organized and good at prioritizing your workload.
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate in a professional, positive, and constructive way; comfortable with public speaking and leading a meeting
  • Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong technology background
