Summary: The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for promoting brand awareness, organizing events, coordinating marketing campaigns and conducting market research. Coordinates incoming and outgoing client transitions to enhance customer satisfaction and account retention. Prepares quarterly newsletter and monthly CEO Video Communication.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares sales and marketing proposals by using and modifying standardized templates.
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing client transitions to enhance customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Conducts market research by gathering, analyzing and interpreting information about past, present and potential customers.
  • Works with Web Services Team to coordinate press releases.
  • Organizes Keystone Marketing Events and ensures all event details are properly executed. Coordinates marketing campaigns such as direct mail and CAI Sponsorships. Maintains annual marketing calendar.
  • Prepares and distributes Quarterly Keystone Newsletter and monthly “CEO Minute” video.
  • Reviews advertising sources to maximize branding and messaging.
  • Coordinates New Board Welcome Packets.
  • Manages and tracks Keystone Marketing and Branding Material.
  • Coordinates Brand Assets and monitors company branding for consistency and alignment to the Keystone style guide.
  • Participate in industry associations (i.e., California Association of Community Managers and Community Associations Institute) as directed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
  • Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above with minimal supervision, handling assignments with the highest level of discretion, judgment and independence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent proofreading skills. Knowledge of branding strategies and basic graphic design desired.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture.
  • Strong professional business presence.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing desired.
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess/maintain a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation.
