What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a driven individual wanting to advance their finance career as a Finance Manager on the Corporate FP&A team! In partnership with the FP&A team, this role will involve owning and maintaining the company's financial planning system (Anaplan). This role will design and build dashboards, models, management reporting, and insights within Anaplan. They will work closely with the FP&A team to scale processes, reduce the rate of effort and drive self-serve reporting for management.

Your impact

  • Assume daily responsibilities related to Anaplan's administration including user access, structure, reporting, modeling, audit, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all things related to Anaplan. If you do not know the answer, you will work to find it.
  • Evaluate our Anaplan instance and recommend ways to increase efficiency. Work with the FP&A team to enhance and optimize the system, creating efficiencies and automation, and reducing time spent in the system.
  • Create additional visualization and reporting capabilities, specifically using dashboards and tools within Anaplan, to standardize reporting and support the FP&A team.
  • Create meaningful reports and dashboards in Tableau for stakeholders.
  • Work with other teams across the business to develop additional integrations; review current data sources and recommend integration and automation to alleviate manual processes.
  • Evaluate models currently in use, recommending enhancements, while also expanding our modeling capabilities in the system for new projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of FP&A or similar experience.
  • 3+ years experience with Anaplan.
  • Level III Model Builder certification is recommended.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tableau with building dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience building models.
  • Ensures data accuracy through the implementation of systematic and self-check processes.
  • Self-starter mentality; proactive about how they can contribute to the team, develop business partnerships, and come fully prepared to meetings.
  • Strong communication, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in straightforward language.


Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $115,000 - $160,000

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
