We are looking for an individual who resides in the Odessa/Midland, TX area, has reliable transportation, wants to work, is motivated to advance, and who would like to maintain long term employment with our company. We are willing to spend the extra time to train the right individual if you can go the distance with our company and help us grow by providing excellent customer service and a superior quality of work!

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks and updates on scheduled projects
- Provide expert knowledge to the Team and assist in the successful completion of daily projects
- Perform weekly quality control inspections
- Driving throughout the DFW area
- Daily record keeping and job tracking
- Routinely inspects clubhouses, dog stations, pool areas, property common areas/amenities and communicates to immediate supervisor on a daily/weekly basis with photos of task completion.
- Ensure association properties/amenities are at all times clean and maintained to the standards of VCM, Inc.
- Ensure all safety precautions and guidelines are followed while performing job duties
- Patrol grounds for litter and debris removal
- Perform manual labor as directed by supervisor, including, but not limited to, ladder work, furniture installs, delivery and moving, holiday décor install and take-downs,
- Perform minor maintenance: re: painting, flooring and other minor building/community repairs as long as license and/or permit is not required
- Janitorial work to include, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms and amenity centers, washing windows, mopping/sweeping floors, cleaning counter tops, appliances, etc.
- Completes daily work orders as scheduled
- Maintain records, prepare reports and other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED required
- Must be able to speak, read and write English, bilingual is a plus.
- Must be a proficient problem-solver.
- Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
$20.00 to $25.00, depending on education and experience.
