Are you a skilled maintenance/handyman seeking an opportunity to contribute to our clients' daily operations? Corner Property Management is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Please note that this position requires traveling around Central and North Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic tasks, including painting, filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs to uphold high standards.
• Regularly inspect community spaces to identify issues such as litter, mechanical failures, or breakdowns, ensuring a well-maintained environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to clients' maintenance requests, addressing concerns in an efficient and effective manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior spaces, including parking lots and sidewalks, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar maintenance/handyman role.
• Proficiency in working with hardware tools and power equipment to execute various tasks.
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for creative problem-solving.
