Maintenance Technician/ Custodian
Principle Purpose of Job: To assist with repairs with the Building Supervisor. To ensure the property is clean and well kept. This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm. The position is with one of out premiere associations located in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Essential Job Functions
- Understands written work orders or verbal instructions from Manager.
- Custodial work to include: pool cleaning, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, moping, dusting, pressure washing, etc.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Some knowledge of OSHA related safety codes and practices is preferred.
- CPO Preferred
- Must be reliable.
- Must pass background check and drug test.
