Job Description
Maintenance Technician Seasonal - Providence Point (Issaquah, WA).
Full Time Position - Providence Point (Issaquah, WA).
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a role in providing top-tier in-house maintenance for our seven villages and the Umbrella Association. Your responsibilities will include performing pool/spa maintenance, fire system maintenance, and emergency service work. You'll ensure all work is executed to the highest standard, maintaining the integrity and quality of our residences and community buildings.
JOB DUTIES (examples):
- Perform temporary and permanent repairs to buildings to stop water, rodent and insect intrusions.
- Perform gutter cleaning.
- Perform Street maintenance such as pothole filling, signage repair/replacement/cleaning. Railing cleanings.
- Provide snow and ice removal as needed using manual methods.
- Pressure washing, digging holes, replacing expansion joints, replacing lights bulbs.
- Complete and communicate work orders, tracking time and materials.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintenance Technician Seasonal Hourly Rate DOE: $24.00/Hourly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous yard or house maintenance.
- Entry level of trade tool function.
- Must be organized and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resolve conflicts in a professional manner (contact supervisor).
- Excellent communication/customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Have a good attitude and be able to work well with others.
- Continuously exchange information, through both listening and communicating.
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, push and pull.
- Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
