Maintenance Technician - Envy Residences (Scottsdale, AZ)

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing and pool experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required
• Great customer services skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a residential community (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, etc., and response to emergency calls

Job Duties

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections
