Maintenance Technician - Experienced

Sentry Management has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Tech for our division office in Boulder, CO.

The duties and requirements listed below include but are not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Role involves some lifting/carrying.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance
• Experience with Painting, general electrical and plumbing
• Experience in irrigation and drywall installation and finishing
• Maintain common areas of assigned properties
• Perform routine janitorial and cleanup activities including trash collection
• Maintain lighting systems, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
• Fence and gate repair and replacement
• Must respond quickly to emergency situations
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and keep track of paperwork
• Computer skills and a smartphone a plus!
  
  

Requirements

Candidate must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs.
