Maintenance Tech - Part-Time

Sentry Management, Inc. a leader in the Community Association industry has an immediate opening for a entry level maintenance person at one of our Associations located in Fort Meyers market. This position is 2 days a week, 4 hours per day.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

This description is general and may be modified to fit the needs of the specific assigned association.

General Maintenance Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
• Groundskeeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
• All other duties as assigned by manager or Association Board of Directors

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, climb and walk for up to 4 hours per day
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions
• Physical requirements may vary based upon duties assigned
