Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Century Plaza Master team in Century City.
Compensation: $29.00 $32.00
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
The Maintenance Technician, supervised by the Chief Building Engineer, ensures upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association. Responsibilities include patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces. They also handle emergency preparedness and response, addressing issues such as floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes promptly. Continuous hands-on training is provided to support these duties, with a focus on potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
- Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- M ust be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired
